The majority of the nominees for the 2019 Academy of Country Music Awards will have to wait until April 7 to find out if they're taking home a trophy, but a few of country's fastest rising stars can start celebrating early. Ashley McBryde, Luke Combs and Lanco have all been named winners in the new artist categories.

McBryde, who was nominated alongside Danielle Bradbery, Lindsay Ell and Carly Pearce, won the ACM award for New Female Vocalist. The singer is also nominated for Female Vocalist of the Year.
Combs takes home the ACM award for New Male Vocalist, winning out over 2019 nominees Jimmie Allen, Jordan Davis, Michael Ray and Mitchell Tenpenny. The "One Number Away" singer is also nominated for Male Vocalist of the Year.
Lanco, who were nominated alongside High Valley and Runaway June, won the ACM award for New Duo or Group. The group is also nominated for Group of the Year.
Carrie Underwood, who's nominated for Female Artist of the Year, helped break the exciting news in a personal phone call to each of the artists.
