Jay-Z Breaks Silence After Being Accused Of Sexual Assault

An unnamed woman, Jane Doe, filed a lawsuit against Jay-Z, which included the rapper's name after she amended it. Doe, then a 13-year-old, alleged that Jaz-Z raped her alongside Sean "Diddy" Combs, while a female celebrity, unnamed, watched. Jay-Z has now answered back, denying the allegations and denouncing the accuser's attorney, Tony Buzbee.

"What [Buzbee] had calculated was the nature of these allegations and the public scrutiny would make me want to settle," reads a statement shared with Page Six. Jay-Z described the suit as a "blackmail attempt." "No sir, it had the opposite effect! It made me want to expose you for the fraud you are in a VERY public fashion. So no, I will not give you ONE RED PENNY!!"

Jay-Z, according to his statement, was flabbergasted by the nature of the accusations raised against him. "Whomever would commit such a crime against a minor should be locked away, would you not agree?" he wrote. "These alleged victims would deserve real justice if that were the case."

The 55-year-old rapper from Brooklyn would then heavily criticize Buzbee. According to him, Buzbee seems like a spotlight-seeking attorney, following a "pattern of these type of theatrics." "I have no idea how you have come to be such a deplorable human Mr. Buzbee, but I promise you I have seen your kind many times over," he continued. He then called Buzbee out for not having "valor," "honor," or "dignity," traits that, according to Jay-Z, Buzbee should have as he is a marine.

Children

Most of all, Jay-Z expresses "heartbreak" given the fact that her underaged children will be eventually exposed to the press and the allegations raised by Jane Doe. Blue, one of Jay-Z and Beyoncé's children, is thirteen, while their twins, Rumi and Sir, are seven.

"I mourn yet another loss of innocence," Jay-Z said. "Children should not have to endure such at their young age. It is unfair to have to try to understand inexplicable degrees of malice meant to destroy families and human spirit."

"We have very strict codes and honor. We protect children, you seem to exploit people for personal gain," the rapper continued. He called Buzbee's "network" a group filled with conspiracy theorists and "fake physics", willing to call Doe's claims laughable if they wouldn't involve children. He concluded his statement by saying that he is willing to show Tony Buzbee "just how different" he is.

Diddy's team also shared a statement with Page Six, calling Buzbee's lawsuits "shameless publicity stunts, designed to extract payments from celebrities." Sean Combs, known as Diddy, has been accused of kidnapping, rape, assault, and a plethora of other heinous crimes.
