"Our beloved friend and co-anchor Ana Orsini passed away unexpectedly last week," Butler began saying. Currier would follow. "Ana had been here at 13News since June of 2023," she said. "We are devastated by this loss." However, Currier's voice and demeanor changed as she became overwhelmed with emotion, breaking down.

Butler then steps in and holds Currier's hand, comforting her. "We had the opportunity to work with every day and we do want you to know that what you saw with her on-air, the funny, crazy person she was - she was just like that off camera and more so," Butler said.

Regaining her composure, Currier continued to present a loving tribute to Ana Orsini. "Of course, we're wearing pink just for her," Currier said. "And while there's no perfect way to remember the life Ana led, we do want to honor her by sharing our favorite Ana moments with you."

Currier would share several pictures with Ana Orsini on her Instagram page. "Ana was not only beautiful, talented, and hilarious, but she was unlike anyone I've ever met.
