Nothing says holiday cheer like a little hand-to-hand brawl am I right? Ironic I know, that during the time of love and generosity two people would be fighting over money. Not to mention that these two people were Santa Claus and The Grinch. That's right, apparently times are hard out here even for Santa. Even he has to fight to make ends meat.

Santa Clause Gets In Fight With The Grinch Over Money
Okay, so it isn't the real Santa Claus and The Grinch. You don't have to spoil your child's idyllic image of the fat man in red. Although I am sure their image of The Grinch would remain unchanged. Instead of two mythical creatures, it was two street performers who happened to be dressed as the iconic characters.
The pair were both posing for photos with locals in central Mexico, municipality of Aguascalientes, when the fight broke out. The Daily Mail shares that they were "brawling over tips." Apparently, one of these festive individuals was not thrilled that the other was getting more attention, therefore more money.
While it is not clear who initiated this fight, a viral video shows The Grinch being handcuffed by local law enforcement. On the other hand, Santa Claus didn't look too hot. He was kneeling on the ground and had to receive some medical attention before he too was led away by police.
The Internet Reacts
As with anything, the internet had a lot to say on this bizarre Christmas video. One person, Omar Agamy, decided to make a comical video about the fight between Santa Claus and The Grinch. He made the video as if he were talking to Mexico, asking them "What's new?" To which "Mexico" retold the insane story of this Christmas fight. In his video, Omar claimed that Santa Claus is the one who initiated the fight, but clearly The Grinch left victorious.
