A South Carolina woman has gone viral for mistaking actor Woody Harrelson for simply one of Darius Rucker's friends. I'm sure he isn't used to that.

Kahea Lane was given another reason to lie awake at night, recalling all of those embarrassing memories. At least this one is a little funny for all involved. The South Carolinian went viral on TikTok after posting a hilarious story, with the photos to prove it.
Lane was out and about when she suddenly saw Darius Rucker with a friend. Star-struck by the country singer, she asked his friend to take their picture together. The picture is a good one, with Rucker beaming from ear to ear.
Although I'm sure he was happy to take the picture, that wasn't the only reason he was smiling.
The video told us that Darius was "laughing and kept saying "I'm gonna tell this story."" Lane then saw other people wishing to take pictures with the 'friend' they had asked for a favor. It turns out that the friend was famous actor Woody Harrelson.
To be fair, he was rocking a beard.
He hilariously took a picture of himself anyway, to not punish them for their honest mistake. I'm sure Harrelson gets recognized all the time, so it's no wonder Rucker was finding the ordeal especially funny.

Not everyone is laughing at Lane, however, and say they'd make the same mistake.
"As a South Carolinian, I too would've recognized Darius Rucker before Woody Harrelson," one stands in solidarity.
"The way I'd absolutely recognize Darius Rucker over Woody Harrelson," another laughs.
So Lane shouldn't feel too bad.
