Four People Arrested In Connection To Joe Burrow Robbery

In December 2024, Joe Burrow was the victim of a robbery at his home, and now four people have been arrested, suspected of the burglary.

Four men were pulled over on January 10th for a traffic violation. On investigation of their car, they were found to have tools associated with burglary hidden behind their glovebox. The four men were then detained and held on suspicion of robbery.

The men, Sergio Cabello, Alexander Huaiquil-Chavez, Bastian Morales, and Jordan Sanchez from Chile, are being linked to a spate of crimes. These are around the same time that Joe Burrow was also the victim of a robbery. However, he has not been officially named in the investigation.

The four men are being held on suspicion of involvement in a string of high-profile burglaries. Across multiple states, multi-million houses have been the victim of these thieves. They are suspected of being part of an organized crime ring.

They have been focussed mainly on athletes and other famous rich people. The bulletin states that "Between September and November 2024, organized theft groups allegedly burglarized the homes of at least nine professional athletes and targeted entry points including glass rear doors, windows, and second-story doors." These are possibly the group responsible for the robbery of Joe Burrow.

After the robbery at his place, Joe Burrow has spoken out about how it makes him feel. Having your home broken into affects more than just belongings. It often feels like a violation of personal space and can take a toll on mental health.

"We live a public life and one of my least favorite parts of that is the lack of privacy, and that has been difficult to deal with my entire career. I'm still learning, but I understand it's the life that we choose. It doesn't make it any easier to deal with."

In the vehicle containing the four men thought to be responsible for the robbery of Joe Burows were several items that are believed to be his. According to the report, an old LSU shirt and Bengals hat were recovered from the vehicle.
