HARDY is becoming a new dad next month to a daughter, and believes he's ready for whatever parenthood throws his way.

The country musician has recently partnered up with UScellular to promote digital detoxing. While we were talking about this new collab, he couldn't help but mention his daughter, and I was keen to know more.
His wife, Calleigh Hardy, is giving birth early next month. Becoming a new parent is enough to terrify anyone, but HARDY is prepared and excited.
"I like to tell myself that I'm prepared," he explained. "The longer that I've known that it's a girl, the more excited I've got for a lot of different reasons."
One thing that quells the nerves is that he and Calleigh are "on the same page" about they want to raise their daughter. "There is no nervousness over when it comes to 'are she and I gonna fight' over that type of thing, and I'm very thankful for that," he said.
Despite his planning and preparedness, however, he does know that everything will likely go awry. He brought up the old saying, "If you want to make God laugh, tell him your plans." Expecting the unexpected and remaining flexible is incredibly important when raising kids. Especially for a new parent.
"I feel like I have a good head on my shoulders. We'll see, but I feel really good as of right now."
HARDY Has A Very Busy 2025
Having a baby is plans enough for a year, but HARDY also plans to release new music, go on a tour, and more. I asked him how he plans to manage both being a new father and focusing on his career. Especially considering how he plans to go on tour for the first time in a couple of years.
"Just plan and prepare. I know it's gonna be different. I give all the praise to my wife, she's a very strong person and a very good planner," he said, praising his partner.
He shared that he plans to take touring easy for the sake of his family. He has cut back on touring the past couple of years for his mental and physical health, he shared. The last thing he wants is to push too hard again and become a "shell of a human, which [he has] felt like before."
"I think maintaining that lifestyle will help a lot with being a dad," he said. HARDY wishes to be present for his wife and be there for his daughter.
With this kind of refreshing attitude, I'm sure HARDY will crush both being a new dad and his career in the coming year. And I'm excited to see what's in store for him and his family.
