Everyone is still searching for that ideal cure to a brutal hangover. Ultimately, I reckon you have to do the same thing you should be doing anyway: stay hydrated and feel it out. There's no health boost like it's a video game. I think it's worth scrambling for a fatty, indulgent food and keeping a Gatorade or a Pedialyte on standby. Some people also get liquid I.V.'s as well. For Eric Church, he has a couple of different ways of beating the dreadful hangover.

Recently, the 'Hell of a View' singer spoke with WKML 95.7 and discussed the best ways to combat an aggressive hangover. The first one proves to have some reason to it but it's also super high risk, high reward. "The best hangover cure - I've got two. One is 5-hour Energy [bottles], because of all the B-vitamins that are in it. You can start pounding those, and it's either gonna work, or it's gonna keep you up and prolong your misery," Church says.
Eric Church Reveals His Go-To Fixes When Dealing With a Hangover
It's hard to fault the 5-hour energy trick completely. But you're also effectively trying to jumpstart a dead battery. Eric's second fix plays out a bit more progressively. Initially, it seems pretty good but one key addition in the remedy cracks me up. "But the other one I have is just take two Advil and a beer in the morning. Hair of the dog, man - that works every time," Church adds.
He had me in the first half, a normal Advil prescription, some hydration, and some rest, that's probably the answer, albeit a boring one. But what better way to hydrate than knocking back another beer? Your body is already pre-adjusted to killing brews from the night before. Church is just arguing you should maintain the balance. I wouldn't play with the lord like that but someone needs to verify if that actually works for them.
