Bunnie Xo Hilariously Challenges Jelly Roll To Say Words In His Southern Accent

Bunnie XO has made her husband, Jelly Roll, say random words to show off his Southern accent, and it's a fun watch.

Videos by Wide Open Country

Any video with Bunnie and Jelly is a good one, as they're both naturally so fun and compliment each other so well.

Jelly Roll, born and raised in Nashville, Tennessee, has that southern accent that his wife apparently finds hilarious. In videos, Jelly Roll is usually upbeat and talking aloud, but in this video, he's leading with his relaxed voice to let the accent shine through.

Bunnie lays him up with a sentence or phrase and allows Jelly Roll to finish it. If you're around people with southern accents, you know exactly how some words will be phrased.

My favorites include how he says 'pillow,' which comes out closer to 'pillar.' Or when he pronounced 'fifty' like "fiddy."

I know we've heard Jelly Roll talk a million times before, so no, this isn't anything new. But it's a chance to see a very relaxed and chill version of Jelly that I feel like we don't get to see all too often.

You can watch the video below.

Fans React To Bunnie Testing Jelly Roll

Fans who'll eat up anything the couple post (myself included, by the way) took to the comments to share their thoughts on Jelly Roll's accent.

"My husband says "pilla" and it makes me giggle every time," wrote one, relating to the accent.

"He needs to say oil lol," requests another, and I can't believe that word didn't make the list.

"It's not aunt or "ant" it's "aint", shoulda asked him to say wash (warsh)," laughed a fan.

"Southern accents are the best!" exclaimed another.

"His accent is amazing I could listen all day," a fan complemented.

"I'm with jelly for the aunt not ant," wrote one, standing for his pronunciation. As a Brit, I also lean toward the 'aunt' pronunciation.

Many other comments praise him for his accent. I mean, it is a warm one, both when he's singing and when he's just talking. Bunnie needs to do a part two with all the requested words.
