After teasing something new on social media, Rascal Flatts reveals a new album is on its way. The trio announces the release of Life Is A Highway: Refueled Duets album. The record includes ten of their biggest hits, joined by artists like Kelly Clarkson, Blake Shelton, Jason Aldean and more.

"It was such an honor to create this project with such incredibly talented artists. It's a pretty indescribable feeling having your colleagues and friends do your songs in such unique ways and knock your socks off with the results," lead singer Gary LeVox says. "This album is just another attempt for us to thank our fans for the blessings they've given us on this crazy journey the past 25 years. Thanks for riding along with us!"
Included on Life Is A Highway: Refueled Duets is "I Dare You," Rascal Flatts' current single, a collaboration with the Jonas Brothers.
"We're so excited to kick off this next chapter of Rascal Flatts with this single. Working with Kevin, Joe and Nick is such a blast, they're class acts," Jay DeMarcus says. "I think this song fits perfectly into our catalog while also showing off something new and exciting, and we can't wait to share it with our fans on the road!"
Life Is A Highway Tour
Rascal Flatts are on their headlining Life Is A Highway Tour, their first tour in six years. Planned as a farewell 2020 tour, one which was derailed by COVID-19, it could now be the beginning of a new season for the trio instead, especially now that Joe Don Rooney is sober.
"In 2020, we announced the farewell tour after being on the road extensively for 20 years," Rascal Flatts said when announcing the tour. "To put it simply, we needed a break. Then COVID hit and our plans came to a screeching halt, like the rest of the world. Since then, we've been able to revisit our unique and special experience as a band and we're ready to get out on the road again. It's hard to believe that next year will be the 25th anniversary of Rascal Flatts, and that felt like the perfect time to get back in front of the fans who have given us so much."
