The singer then gave a shoutout to Lubbock, Texas, "for all of the people that came to our rescue." With how destructive the crash was, the band certainly lost some equipment, but Lubbock provided the required "gear and instruments."

Bowen looked on the bright side and recalled how amazing the show in Lubbock was. "In spite of everything, we had one of my favorite shows ever in the town that started it all for me." The country singer then thanked the "police officers, firemen, tow truckers," and everyone else who took care of them.

"We are very lucky... to be safe and also to live this life!" He then ended the post by saying, "Call your mom," as you never know what could happen when on the road.

The comments on this Instagram post are filled with fans glad that the singer survived the crash. Even some fellow musicians told the singer how happy they were that Bowen came out of it unharmed.

If you're not familiar with the artist, Bowen released his first album, Try Not To Listen, in 2002. It became a hit in his home state of Texas, leading to other studio albums like Lost Hotel in 2006 and If We Ever Make It Home in 2008.

In 2020, during the COVID-19 pandemic, he kickstarted a web show called Wade's World. Through this series, he hosted a myriad of Texas musicians to play music and speak about their songs. Bowen released his most recent album, Flyin, in 2024.
