David And His Family Founded The Pollack Family Foundation
David and Lindsey set up and run the Pollack Family Foundation together with their children. The mission statement on their official website is to 'Positively impact communities through empowering families in Athens and the Greater Atlanta area by providing for basic needs and opportunities to flourish.'
The site explains that the family started the Foundation to educate people on nutrition and exercise's benefits and raise awareness about childhood obesity. After its inception, David and Lindsey decided to shift the Foundation's direction to have a greater impact. Now, the foundation focuses on 'empowering families' by providing basic needs and fundamental care.
The Pollack Family Foundation also runs an annual 'Celebrity Golf Classic' fundraiser event 'benefiting Children's Healthcare of Atlanta.' The next event is scheduled for May 5 this year.
