This is an eyebrow-raiser to some people, but it's definitely great news for Ella Langley. She is the nomination leader for the 2025 ACM (Academy of Country Music) Awards with a total of nine noms for her work. Per Variety, "Just behind Langley with eight nominations were Lainey Wilson, Cody Johnson and Morgan Wallen, tied with seven each. Chris Stapleton was close behind that pack with six noms, followed by Post Malone and Riley Green, with five each, and Kelsea Ballerini with four."

On of the most coveted ACM honors is Entertainer of the Year. The 2024 recipient, Lainey Wilson, is contending again alongside Ballerini, Johnson, Stapleton, Wallen, Jelly Roll, and Luke Combs.
Per the outlet, the 60th annual ACM Awards ceremony will take place in Frisco. Texas on May 8. Reba McEntire will host the event.

Per the outlet, Langley is up for "double nominations as artist and co-writer" for song of the year.
Langley has some tough competition for the Female Artist of the Year award. Also nominated are Megan Moroney, Lainey Wilson, Kacey Musgraves, and Kelsea Ballerini.
