The pop icon took to TikTok to share her recent fishing trip. And despite being a city girl, she can really reel them in. It looks like Shelton has made a country girl from the city singer, after all.
The two of them enjoyed quality time together on a small boat as they fished for bass in a river. Stefani uploaded two videos of them fishing, and they got lots of online traction. It's sweet to see them doing something they enjoy together, especially with all the headlines of late talking about their relationship.
In both videos, a fish is caught, and Stefani looks especially proud. The bass are decent sizes, too.
They dressed up nice and had a good time. However, Gwen Stefani's fishing has given her left-leaning fans (or ex-fans) even more license to hate on her.
To put it simply, fishing has added to the growing list of actions and attitudes associated with the 'country-loving-Trump-supporter' profile.
She recently shared support for an interview between Jonathan Roumie and Tucker Carlson on The Tucker Carlson Show that discussed Christianity and faith. First faith and now fishing. Considering the average country fan is a Trump supporter, it appears her fans are worried she's walking down the same road.

Of course, not everyone holds this opinion of the singer. Some fans are happy to see her take on more country or conservative views. They also just like to watch her fish.
