Once again, Pat Sajak will return to Wheel of Fortune for 'one last' run. Although it's great to have him hosting again, it's getting harder every time to say goodbye.

Probably because it's likely not the last time we'll see from him.
Since Pat Sajak left Wheel of Fortune in June of 2024, he returned to host Celebrity Wheel of Fortune in December last year. That was, supposedly, his "last time" on the show. A final hurrah, if you will. One last push.
But he'll be back on our screens to host Celebrity Wheel of Fortune again, and this time for a whole week. Per a press release, from April 30th, for the week, Pat Sajak will host the high-profile charity spin-off.
This has been labeled as his "final spin," so it does look like there are plans for the host to actually enjoy being retired. But then again, I'm not so sure. I feel like we'll have one final show in store much later down the line. Mark my words.
Of course, Wheel fans are glad to have Sajak back, especially for a whole week. Although they really need to decide whether he's really coming back or not. The fans can only have a heartbreaking goodbye so many times.
Fans React To Pat Sajak Returning To 'Wheel of Fortune' Once More
Fans of the show and Pat Sajak, in particular, took to social media to share their excitement over the news.
"It's lovely Pat Sajak is back! One last spin sounds like a heartwarming farewell," wrote one fan. I mean, we've had a couple heartwarming farewells already, all within a year of each other.
"Looks like retirement was just another puzzle he couldn't solve!" exclaimed another fan.
"Woohoo! :-)," simply explained one more.
There are many that have expressed that they're happy with the replacement host, Ryan Seacrest, however.
"Meh. Ryan is much better and has way more personality. Go on and retire bro," harshly wrote one.
"No need to not missed," bluntly commented another.
It's all kicking off in the Wheel of Fortune fandom. If you want to see the hosting legend for his (supposed) final week on the show, make sure to tune in.
