Jelly Roll Reveals The Wild Things He Wants to Do After He Hits His Weight Loss Goal

An overlooked thing about being a big dude is that there's a lot of things you can't really do. There was a time where Jelly Roll could barely walk without feeling extremely fatigued. Now, he's aiming for marathons and dieting perfectly around his weight loss goals. However, he's still not entirely where he wants to be yet. There's a magic number on the scale he's eyeballing. Additionally, the country crooner has some wild plans when he reaches the weight of his dreams.

Recently, Jelly Roll went on Jimmy Kimmel Live, detailing his health and how he's lost 200 pounds so far. He quips that he's 'lost an entire Jimmy Kimmel' and says that he's still not done yet. The country/rap crossover born Jason Bradley DeFord says 250 pounds is the number he wants. Why? There are a couple of risky activities he can't do unless he meets the particular weight limit.

Jelly Roll Has Some Daredevil Stunts in Mind When He Reaches 250 Pounds

"For the non-fluffy people in the world, I would give y'all some educational course here — to do all the fun stuff in life, you've got to be under 250," DeFord explains. "I want to skydive, I want to ride a roller coaster, I want to ride a bull. I know it sounds crazy, I want to wrestle an alligator. I've got a list of things that I want to do."

Kimmel is obviously aghast and mildly amused by Jelly Roll's proclamation. I mean, most people want to lose weight to improve their lives, not risk losing it. "So let me get this straight: You do all this hard work and you have all this discipline losing all this weight, and then you want to do something that will potentially kill you?" he asks Jelly Roll.

However, DeFord remains unfazed by the confusion. In fact, he only finds the humor in it all. Instead of dying in mundane medical ways, he'll risk his life doing something much more exciting. ""Listen, I was waiting on the heart disease to do it so I might as well get it off and run straight into it the other way," Jelly Roll jokes.
