Adorable 6-Year-Old Invites Bus Driver To Her Graduation Party

Maybe the world is healing? 6-year-old Mallie Courtney decided to invite her bus driver to her graduation party. If that isn't the sweetest thing you've heard today, then I envy you big time. Because that's certainly the cutest thing I've heard. Thanks to People, we have the full story:

Kindergarten Graduation Invite

Mallie Courtney and her mom were planning her graduation party in Bradford, Tennessee. During the planning process they landed on who to put on the guest list. And one name sprang to mind instantly for the 6-year-old. Her bus driver, Dan Allen.

While that may be an odd choice for some of us, their relationship is adorably unique. They, of course, see each other every morning and afternoon (I mean, he drives the school bus), and they start and end each and every day with a hug. Mallie absolutely adores it.

After they sent the invite, Dan responded, saying he'd be thrilled.

May The Party Commence!

Naturally, friends and family were invited and came from all over. Holly Bratcher, Mallie's aunt, came all the way from Florence, Alabama. During the party, Holly noticed Mallie hanging out and chatting with Dan. She asked Mallie's mom, Olivia, "Who is that man?" Holly went on to say that after Olivia told her the full story, she "thought it was the sweetest thing!"

Holly also stated to people that she kept looking over at the pair, just smiling, laughing, and playing games the whole party.

TikTok Sensation?

As she watches the most wholesome thing on the planet, Holly decides that she must capture the moment on camera. She later asked Olivia if she could post the wholesomeness to TikTok. She says she never expected it to go viral, but it blew up. Obviously. It amassed nearly 5 million views and 4,000 comments.

Bratcher talked about some of the comments warming her heart. She states, "I was amazed how everyone was coming together to share their own stories of people in the school system that made impacts on their life."

But honestly, we've all had those teachers or bus drivers. You always have one that sticks with you and really made an impact as a child.

Holly finally adds that, "My hope from this video is that in the broken world we live in, there are still good people."
