This six-song treasure trove of richly evocative tracks "explores the ache, warmth and transformation of leaving behind everything familiar in pursuit of something greater," per a press release. Peech. himself added, "It's about moving forward, letting go of heartache and hardships while holding onto the warmth of home. It's about missing the beauty, the connections, and the moments that shaped you, yet embracing the thrill of the unknown."

Peech.'s Identity as an Artist Has Evolved

Billboard likened Peech. to Jelly Roll and Zac Brown. While that comparison is heady stuff, he's definitely his very own man and artist. In an interview with Wide Open Country, Peech. talked about his shifting identity as a performer and singer.

"As a singer, I started in the rap genre and went over into the acoustics and the pop." And his professional motivation? "I've been doing it for the love of music. Now, I find myself in a space where I can kind of bring them all together in my own style."

His Music Journey Began With His Father

Peech. grew up in Park City, Utah. He said he joyously embraced the outdoors when he was young, enjoying activities such as camping, skiing, and football. His love of music at that time came from his father. Dad grew up with a punk rock band called Pennywise and was best friends with their bass player. The family would get tickets and go backstage to hang out with the members of the band, Peech. recalled.

"We would actually get up on stage and sing with these guys." He was only around 10 years old at the time. "That's what really introduced me to that side of music. It's just always been a part of me. That definitely left an imprint on me."

How Peech. Envisions His Future and His Purpose

Since his boyhood days, Peech. has developed a refined taste in music. He said he would love to duet someday with fellow artists such as Jelly Roll, Zach Bryan, Ella Langley, or Post Malone. As for what else he hopefully foresees for himself n the months and years ahead, he mentioned maybe being at the Grammy Awards (as a contender, not just a spectator!) and doing a U.S. and world tour.

He is clearly a musician on a mission. Peech. strives to use his music to "bring people some joy, some redemption, {so they're] not feeling along anymore, and just be up there on that big stage and be able to bring that."

Peech. added, "I just put it all out there. Music has always been my outlet. I want to give people that feeling of acceptance and not being alone. Knowing we all kind of go through the same things and when we are in pain, that there's other people out there who can help push them though that. Whether that's through music or something else."
