Carl Dean knew it. Jolene probably knew it. Every Gen X kid who has seen 9 to 5 knows it. Her fans know it. But Zac Brown said what we all could not: Dolly Parton is "hot."

The "Chicken Fried" singer also acknowledged his "Butterfly" duet partner's remarkable talent during a guest appearance on the Bussin' with the Boys podcast. Details are included below.
Zac Brown Says His Duet With Dolly Parton Is His Favorite Song
Brown got on the topic of Parton when former NFL players and podcast hosts Taylor Lewan and Will Compton asked him what his favorite song he had ever released was.
He replied, "Butterfly," his duet with Parton, released last month. It will be featured on his upcoming album, Love & Fear, out December 5. The video debuted last month.
"She is such an incredible (person)," said Brown. "There will never be another Dolly. The most published, most brilliant female writer ever. That was a dream."
The Compliments Didn't Stop There

The Compliments Didn't Stop There
Brown explained he was "crazy proud" of the song and valued sharing a moment with Parton. However, it was his following comments that stood out.
"When you listen to what she sang on that, and how she sang it, you wouldn't know if she was 25 or 80," he added. "It's unbelievable. I just love her and everything she stands for. She's done so much philanthropy throughout her career. Just an incredible woman... and she's hot. She's about to be 80 years old, and she's hot."
Brown said what we've always known out loud but never say out of humble respect for the Matriarch of Country Music and de facto Queen of Appalachia.
Brown Has A Busy Winter Ahead of Him
Perhaps this openness signals a new chapter for Brown. In addition to the release of Love & Fear, which will also include "Let It Run," his collaboration with Snoop Dogg, Brown will also be playing a residency at Sphere in Las Vegas beginning on December 5.
Although the shows in December are sold out, dates are still available for the performances on Jan. 9-10 and his new dates on Jan. 16-17.
