We might not be getting a Nashville reboot just yet, but it looks like we are getting a wedding from Connie Britton and her now fiancé, David Windsor. After 6 years together, it seems like the couple is finally getting hitched, according to People.

On Friday, October 24, they were spotted embracing at the LAX Airport. Connie was sporting something sparkly on her left ring finger. Although they haven't announced anything officially, we don't have to make too many guesses as to what that means.

In 2023, Britton shared how she'd gone to a friend's 50th birthday party. At first, she was nervous because she didn't know a single soul. Little did she know, she'd end up meeting her future fiancé that night.
The actress explained to SiriusXM, "And so I'm talking to my friend, and he looks past me and he sees David across the room and he is like, 'There's someone here you have to meet. And it was like, I'll never forget that moment because I turned around and I looked at who he was pointing at and I was like, 'Oh yeah, I wanna meet him.'
Now, Britton told Parade that she feels confident that in Windsor, she found someone to do life with. "I found somebody who I can walk on a journey with that is going to be constantly ever-changing."
Britton Is Using Her Own Life Experiences in Shows Like the Motherhood
Before meeting Windsor, Britton had only been linked to two relationships. Firstly, her marriage to investment banker John Britton from 1991 to 1995. Then, a possible relationship with comedian Jason Mantzoukas.
After the loss of her parents in 2011, Britton decided to embark on the journey of single motherhood. Although she'd looked, she felt she hadn't found the right person to embark on that journey with. She adopted her son, Eyob, or "Yoby," from Ethiopia right around the same time she landed her role in Nashville. In May of 2025, Britton premiered her show, The Motherhood, on the Hallmark channel. It's a reality TV show about what it means to be a single mom.
When she adopted her 9-month-old son at the time, Connie had just moved to a new city, and didn't have much of a support system. The show tackles motherhood one single mom at a time, working to find ways to make their life more fulfilling despite the challenges. She shared that although the show accomplishes the goal of helping single mothers find their way, it's also helped her to "have compassion for [her] own experience."
Now, it seems that Connie's not only going to be a single mom, but also a married woman. We can't wait for all the wedding updates, and could not be more thrilled for her.
