If we had performed around 500 shows over the past three and a half years like Morgan Wade has, we'd want a break, too.

The "Wilder Days" singer recently announced on Instagram that she will take a hiatus from touring in 2026. As she explains in the caption, she's going to "work on some new things" after she plays some shows next month.
What Does Morgan Wade Have Planned for Next Year?
The 30-year-old Wade told her fans that she is going to focus on some personal projects and "experience some life."
She began by saying, "I have been to a lot of places that this small town girl never thought that she would get to go to."
She continued, "I have done a lot of things. I have met a lot of people. I couldn't have done any of that without you guys buying tickets and listening to my songs. I'm forever grateful for that."
While she didn't offer any specific details, the Virginia native said her 2026 will look "a little different." She is leaving the door open for some changes, though.
Then she adds with a laugh, "I say that and then who knows."
"I'm going to be taking some time off from touring," she continues. "There are a lot of things that I'm working on outside of the music world. There are a lot of things that I haven't had time to do, and I'm going to go do that and take a bit of a vacation and experience some life."
It's Been a Long Couple of Years for Wade
Last year, rumors about Wade's friendship with Kyle Richards being more than that began to circulate. However, Richards denied they were dating, and they remain friends.
"She's great. She's good, and we're good," Richards said. "And she's on tour right now and just on the road and busy. I'm here in L.A."
Then, earlier this year, Wade asked the audience at her Los Angeles show to pray for her friend, Teddi Mellencamp. The reality star, who starred with Richards on The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills, had received emergency brain surgery the week before the performance.
"Dear Lord, we just ask that you reach down and touch Teddi, and take care of her, bring her through this, keep her strong," she prayed. "She's an amazing individual, loving mom, so we pray for her as you watch over her and guide her. In Christ's name, amen."
