Todd Snider was arrested outside Holy Cross Hospital on Sunday, Nov. 3. The "Alright Guy" singer had reportedly returned to the hospital, having been discharged earlier that day. Unfortunately for Snider, things went from bad to worse.

According to witnesses, Snider was heckling members of the public who were also present in the hospital, lauding his financial and career success over them. Fox 13, Snider has been charged with disorderly conduct, threat of violence and criminal trespassing. However, there's no indication of what comes next. has reportedly obtained the body cam footage of Snider's arrest, where he can be heard telling the police that he's "not homeless" and that he was sick.
"Please, let me go to the hospital," Snider can be heard saying. "I am sick!"
Snider has reportedly been charged with disorderly conduct, threat of violence and criminal trespassing. However, there's no indication of what comes next.
"You guys are really sweet," Snider says in the footage. "I can't wait to tell you my story... See the staples in my head? I got mugged and I got turned away from the hospital...I need a bed. I'm sick. Where can I stay? I'm not homeless. I'm from Nashville. I have a band. I'm famous. My band ditched me. I need my lawyer here. I'm not a bad person...I just need help. I'm sick."
Todd Snider Canceled His Tour Following His Arrest
Snider has now canceled his "High Lonesome and Then Some" tour following his arrest.
"We are heartbroken to announce the cancellation of the High, Lonesome and Then Some 2025 Tour dates," Aimless Inc. posted on Snider's Instagram profile. "Ahead of Todd Snider's show in Salt Lake City, Todd sustained severe injuries as the victim of a violent assault outside of his hotel. Todd will be unable to perform for an undetermined amount of time. We deeply apologize for the cancellation and any inconvenience it causes."
Snider, 59, was clearly distressed in the body cam footage. There has been no statement from him or his representatives since the arrest took place.
As such, it's unclear whether his tour will resume at a later date or whether he will be absent from the public eye for the foreseeable future.
