Based on this TikTok of them line dancing together, it sure looks like it.
The actor, 37, and actress, 28, were spotted together at a bar in Texas, swaying to music and getting cozy.
If you've been paying attention, you might notice that this isn't the only time they've been seen out together. Randolph was also present for the afterparty of Powell's SNL hosting debut, making these dating rumors seem even more promising.
Both Glen Powell and Michelle Randolph have been incredibly busy this year; it's surprising that either of them has time to date. Powell is still enjoying the release of Running Man, which came out recently, whilst also working on 2026 projects. One of these includes Ghostwriter, an up-and-coming J.J. Abrams fantasy film.
Randolph, who's widely known for her work on the Yellowstone prequel 1923, is currently enjoying the release of the second season of Landman, in which she stars as Ainsley Norris.
Regardless, neither one of the stars has said anything about dating anyone recently, so for now, I suppose we'll just have to speculate.
What Glen Powell Has To Say About Success
Glen Powell has been having quite the career rise over the last several years, especially since the box-office success of Twisters in 2024 and Top Gun: Maverick in 2022. But what many of his newer fans don't know is that the actor has been consistently booking projects since 2003. His story isn't one of "overnight success," but rather, the result of years of hard work and dedication.
In a keynote speech given at his alma mater, the University of Texas, Powell gave a little insight into what his journey has really been like, from his perspective. "No good story happens from things going right, my grandad always said this," the actor shared. "The greatest gifts in life are not in the plans, they're in the detours."
He explained, "I have failed a lot more than I have succeeded." Some of his failures, as he has explained, include unsuccessful auditions for Friday Night Lights, Cowboys & Aliens, and The Longest Ride. However, as Powell has proven over the course of his 20-year career, it's important to view those "failures" as gateways to something better.
"So if you want your life to be a great story, like a great movie, if you want it filled with adventure, comedy, romance, action, thrills," Powell explained. "When you go out there, and things inevitably don't go according to plan, just remember that's when your movie's plot is just getting interesting."
