Grammy-Winning Country Star Buys a Church After $350 Million Blockbuster Deal

Zach Bryan has reportedly spent some of his new-found wealth on a church in Lowell, Mass, in honor of Jack Kerouac

Zach Bryan has enjoyed a massive 2025. The country music star signed two deals that reportedly netted him $350 million in revenue. Those deals were a re-up with Warner Music and the sale of his publishing rights. Of course, such a significant influx of cash saw Bryan hit the headlines.

Bryan has wasted no time in putting his riches to good use. In fact, his first purchase came straight out of left field. He reportedly shelled out for Saint Jean Baptiste Church in Lowell, Massachusetts. Yeah, you read that right, he purchased a church!

Nevertheless, the reasoning behind Bryan's purchase is solid. He's reportedly a huge fan of Jack Kerouac, who is a former altar boy at Saint Jean Baptiste. Kerouac went on to become a founding father of the 50s "Beat Generation." He also penned a famous novel called "On The Road."

Bryan is expected to turn the church into the Jack Kerouac Center.

"Zach reached out in October, and right from the start, it was clear he shared our passion for honoring Jack's legacy while also creating a dynamic, creative space," the Kerouac Society noted in a press release. "He stepped up and delivered in a big way, showing incredible generosity. Our immediate focus is to bring the building up to code so we can start using the space for music and other events while forming new partnerships to help us bring this vision to life and ensure its lasting success."

Zach Bryan Is Set To Tour the UK Next Year

While his vision of the Jack Kerouac Center is still a work in progress, Bryan is wasting no time in getting back out on the road, which will continue to stockpile some additional cash.

According to Ticketmaster UK, he will play four shows in three UK cities as part of his international tour. Bryan is set to play in Liverpool, Edinburgh and also two shows in Tottenham, London.

"On Tour show spans over 40 dates across North America and Europe and follows a huge autumn run of sold out shows at major college football stadiums in the US. Notably, his September show at Michigan Stadium was the first concert ever held at the largest football stadium in the Northern Hemisphere, and set a new record for the largest single ticketed concert in US history," Tickermaster detailed.

Renovating a whole church can't be cheap. So, raking in some additional money from a quick trip around Europe is likely a smart idea for the country superstar.
