Criscilla Anderson has passed away after a battle with cancer. Anderson, a former hip-hop dancer, starred in Netflix's "Country Ever After" in 2020. In an unconventional move, Anderson's social media account announced her own death, posting a pre-written message to her Instagram account.

"If you're reading this, I've finally slipped into the arms of Jesus—peacefully and surrounded by love," The caption read. "Please don't stay in the darkness of this moment. I fought hard and I loved deeply. I am not gone... I'm Home."
Anderson's friend, Lindsey Villatoro, is the one who posted the message.
Before her rise to reality TV fame, Anderson was a choreographer for the Dallas Cowboys Cheerleaders. As we all know, making it with the Cowboys, in any capacity, is an impressive feat. So, she was clearly a very talented individual.
Unfortunately for Anderson, she was first diagnosed with colon cancer in 2018. She declared her remission in 2021, but the cancer returned in 2022. After a seven-year battle, the cancer had metastasized in her brain.
Criscilla Anderson Leaves Behind Four Children
Anderson leaves behind four children, Ethan (14), Emmarie (12), Everleigh (9) and step-daughter Savannah (17). In the same posthumous Instagram post, Anderson shared a message for her children, saying her final goodbye.
"Ethan, you made me a mom," Anderson wrote. "I'm still beside you, cheering you on," she continued. "Savannah, my bonus girl—you were a gift God knew I needed. Emmarie, my Jesus-loving dancer—keep dancing through every season. Everleigh, my bright spark—chase your dreams boldly and without fear. My babies... I am watching over you. When a moment feels warm, familiar, or too beautiful to be a coincidence—that's me. I'm still mothering you. I'm still yours."
The heartfelt message generated countless reactions on social media. And, the fact that the post came from Anderson, despite her passing, was warmly received.
There is currently no information regarding a funeral service for Anderson, and it will likely be kept under wraps to allow her family and friends to say their final goodbyes. 45 is far too early to say goodbye, and her absence will undoubtedly be felt for decades to come.
