The bingeable guilty pleasure was a surprise hit on Netflix this year. Viewers really took a liking to its over-the-top drama, sexual tension, and lurid melodrama. In fact, it's been so popular, even Saturday Night Live did a parody of the show with Amy Poehler earlier this season.

The second season began last month, but we don't have a premiere date yet. However, we do know who will be returning for the new season and who won't.

So load up your guns and be warned, spoilers for both seasons are ahead.

Here's Who Is on the Call Sheet for Season 2 of 'The Hunting Wives'

Right now, we know there will be nine cast members returning for the new season of The Hunting Wives:

  • Brittany Snow as Sophie O'Neil
  • Malin Akerman as Margo Banks
  • Jaime Ray Newman as Callie
  • Dermot Mulroney as Jed Banks
  • Evan Jonigkeit as Graham O'Neil
  • George Ferrier as Brad
  • Karen Rodriguez as Deputy Wanda Salazar
  • Hunter Emery as Deputy Walter Flynn
  • Branton Box at Sheriff Johnny

So Who Isn't Coming Back?

If you still haven't finished the first season of The Hunting Wives, consider this your final spoiler warning.

OK, here's who we know won't be coming back for season two.

Paul Teal, who played Pastor Pete, won't be returning. The character killed himself in the first season. In real life, Teal unfortunately died in Nov. 2024. It was reported that he worked on the show during Stage 4 neuroendocrine pancreatic cancer treatment

"Paul, you were my soulmate, my soon-to-be-husband, my rock, and my future," his partner Emilia Torello wrote on Instagram. "You filled my lungs with laughter, my stomach with butterflies, and my heart with love. You were taken too soon, in a battle that you fought bravely without fail."

Katie Lowes, who played Jill, also won't be on the show. In a shocking plot twist, Callie murdered her to save Margo.

Abby's proud Christian mom, Starr, played by Chrissy Metz, also didn't survive the first season because she was shot by Jill.

Madison Wolfe, who starred as Brad's girlfriend Abby, also met a similar fate. She found herself on the business end of Sophie's gun. However, it was Margo who pulled the trigger.

Margo's brother, Kyle, who helped her cover up her murderous deeds, was thrown off a cliff at the end of the first season. Played by Michael Aaron Milligan, his disappearance will be part of the focus for the second season.
