Kane Brown and his wife, Katelyn Brown, have long been promoting their new Lifetime film, and now, there's a trailer. Thank God: Christmas at Keller Ranch is inspired by their duet, "Thank God," that they released in 2022.

The film's plot follows Maggie Keller, a single mom trying to manage her ranch during the Christmas season. It doesn't take long for Wes Campbell, an injured hockey player, to show up and totally turn her world upside down. The story of Maggie and Wes echoes many of the themes found in the Browns' duet, especially that of finding someone you can "Thank God" for every day.
Kane and Katelyn Brown serve as executive producers on the film, with Stefan Brogren as director, and Tyler Kilton and Arielle Kebbel taking on the leading roles. In a statement, the real-life couple shared, "The song 'Thank God' is so special to us. We love performing it on stage, and it's incredible how it's connected to so many fans. We also really love Christmas and celebrating as a family. So for these two worlds to collide, we couldn't be more excited!"
A trailer for the new project also just dropped, and you can watch it below now.
The 'Thank God' Story
When Kane and Katelyn Brown talk about their connection to this song, they definitely aren't kidding. The couple, who have been married since 2018, were actively looking for the perfect song to record as a duet. They just hadn't quite found the right fit until "Thank God" came along. After trying about five different songs, they settled on this track, which was beautifully written by songwriters Christian Davis, Kyle Fishman, Jaxson Free, Josh Hoge, and Jared Mullins.
Immediately after its release, the song climbed to the No. 22 spot on the Billboard Charts. It didn't take long for it to reach No. 1, making it the second duet by a married couple to top the Country Airplay chart since Tim McGraw and Faith Hill's "It's Your Love" in 1997.
Thank God: Christmas at Keller Ranch premieres this Saturday at 7 p.m. Central Time on Lifetime, for fans who want to watch.
