It seems like everyone's been getting a kick out of Ella Langley's single "Choosin' Texas" lately. I mean, hey, when Kelly Clarkson does a cover of your song, you know it's a hit.

This summer, Langley took a brief hiatus from performing to get her "mind, body, and spirit" back in top shape. It was then, she revealed, that she was able to finally reflect on her quick rise to the spotlight.
"I've never let myself try for the plan B, because I was never going to accept that. It was going to be this or nothing else. Thank the Lord... dropping out of school was scary. But I believed in myself and I believed in doing the thing that I was supposed to do," she shared. "I bought my first house, and I got to sit in it for the first time. I got to sit there and see what is happening in my life and the thing that I'm working so hard for, and how it is changing my life and my family's life."
Now, it seems like Langley is changing everybody's life with her song "Choosin' Texas". That would include this adorable mother-daughter duo who just can't help but sing along.
In the video above, you'll find their rendition of Langley's hit, which we all got a little teary-eyed listening to. Even Ella found it heartwarming, commenting "So good" with an emoji on the post.
Ella Langley Reveals Her First No. 1 Was Written "As a Joke"
Recently, "Choosin' Texas" went to the top of the Billboard Hot Country Songs Chart, giving Langley her first No. 1 on this particular chart. Her very first No. 1 was with Riley Green on Country Airplay, for their smash hit "You Look Like You Love Me". The duet also earned them a couple of CMAs this year, cementing Langley's status as a successful country singer.
In a recent interview, the country singer touched on what it was like writing the song and how special it felt to be nominated for a CMA. "This song going number one, this being my first song to go number one, is crazy, it's nuts because I wrote it, we wrote it as a joke." Langley wrote "You Look Like You Love Me" with Riley Green and Aaron Raitiere. "We wrote it as just something to bring a smile to our face. And it's changing our lives and has made our lives so very special."
