Offset, 34, had been seen smiling and posing with fans inside the venue earlier in the evening.
Moments later, the situation took a dramatic turn when he was shot near the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino in Hollywood, Florida.
TMZ reported that a spokesperson later confirmed the rapper is "fine" and "is currently at the hospital receiving medical care."

The representative added that Offset is "stable and being closely monitored."
According to Seminole Police, the incident unfolded in the valet area at around 7PM.
Authorities say the rapper sustained "non-life threatening injuries" before paramedics transported him to Memorial Regional Hospital.
Officers responded quickly and brought the situation under control within minutes. Two individuals were detained at the scene, with a formal investigation now underway.
Police have yet to confirm what sparked the shooting, and key details remain unclear.
The incident has reignited concerns among fans, particularly given the tragic loss of Offset's Migos bandmate, Takeoff, who was fatally shot in November 2022.
In the hours following the shooting, social media quickly filled with speculation and claims about who may have been involved.
Early speculation on social media linked Bronx rapper Lil Tjay to the incident, though details were initially unclear.
Lil Tjay's apparent lawyer, Dawn M. Florio, moved to shut down the speculation.
"Lil Tjay has not been shot, nor has Lil Tjay been charged with any shooting," she said.
Rumors Dismissed as Support Pours In
Florio also urged fans to avoid spreading misinformation, calling on the public to "consult trusted news sources, and to verify the accuracy of any reporting before reflexively sharing or repeating any baseless rumors."
Lil Tjay has now been linked to the incident after reportedly being arrested in connection with events leading up to the shooting.
According to TMZ, the 24-year-old rapper was taken into custody by Florida police on Monday evening and later booked into Broward County Jail.
Authorities charged him with misdemeanor disorderly conduct-affray, with his bond set at $500.
As news of the incident spread, messages of support began to pour in from across the entertainment world.
Wrestling legend Ric Flair was among those to publicly back the rapper, posting: "Prayers For Offset!"
"Stay Strong! Thank You So Much For All You Have Done For My Career!," Flair added.
The two have shared a connection since 2017, when Offset teamed up with 21 Savage and Metro Boomin on the hit track Ric Flair Drip.
The song reached the top 10 on the U.S. R&B/Hip-Hop Billboard charts and was later certified six-times platinum by the RIAA, helping cement a lasting bond between the rapper and the wrestling icon.
