The rise in social media has given people easier access to celebrities and that's not always a good thing. On many occasions, stars have found themselves the subject of nasty tweets, Instagram shaming and more.

There are a lot of country stars who have fallen victim to people who seemingly have too much time on their hands, but that doesn't mean they have to put up with it. While some stars may stay silent, others fight back. Here are 10 country stars who have no problem slamming internet trolls.
Carrie Underwood
Last spring, Carrie Underwood was furious when a man was bullying her trainer, Erin Oprea, on social media.
The man snapped a photo of Oprea working out on the sidelines at her son's soccer game. Under the post he asks, "would it be wrong of me to tell her that every dad at the soccer field thinks her standing out front with her jump rope for two hours only screams she wants attention? And I can only imagine what the soccer moms are thinking."
Oprea retaliated with a post of her own and Underwood applauded her.
"Way to go, Erin! Use someone else's negativity to help others. That man obviously has a big problem...with himself," she wrote in an Instagram post addressing the incident. Underwood went on shaming the man for bullying stating clearly that it is just "not cool."
Blake Shelton
Blake Shelton is no stranger to coming in contact with Twitter trolls. He gives out just as much as he takes. In his latest battle back in March of this year, Shelton ingeniously responds to remarks of his wardrobe.
"If I had to guess, @blakeshelton owns 5 shirts and they are all the same black 3/4 length button up," the Tweet read. Shelton responded simply with two words.
