Carrie Underwood was forced to cancel a major performance after sustaining injuries from a fall.

The country superstar reportedly slipped on the steps of her home on Friday, Nov. 10, and broke her wrist. As a result, she wasn't able to perform at the Country Rising benefit concert at Nashville's Bridgestone Arena on Sunday night.
The Tennessean reports that Underwood went to the hospital for treatment for her wrist as well as some scratches, cuts and bruises.
The singer tweeted out thanks for the well wishes she received on social media. She reassured fans, "I've got the best hubby in the world to take care of me."
Thanks so much for all the well wishes everybody...I?ll be alright...might just take some time...glad I?ve got the best hubby in the world to take care of me.
