It's been a big night at the 2021 ACM Awards for Mickey Guyton. She made history as the first Black woman to ever host the awards show, alongside co-host Keith Urban. She previously made history at the Grammy Awards as the first Black female solo artist to receive a nomination in the country category. In addition to hosting this year, Guyton was nominated for New Female Artist of the Year, which was awarded to Gabby Barrett.

Through multiple outfit changes and performances between various locations around Nashville, Guyton had a smile on her face and genuinely added to the excitement of the performance she was introducing.
