Why Garth Brooks Doesn't Sell Concert Tickets for the First Two Rows

It's no secret that Garth Brooks is one of the best country singers in the whole world. A lot of his fans love to watch him live because he always puts on a good show that makes them fall in love with him and his music even more. Well, not only is he a great singer, but he has a heart of gold and really cares for his fans.

Taking a book right out of Metallica, U2, Billy Joel, and Bruce Springsteen, he revealed on a recent #AskGarth segment show why he has one strict rule when it comes to concert tickets. What is that rule you might ask? Well, apparently the country singer never sells tickets for the first two front rows of the concert.

Let me just say this, the answer revealing why he does his shows exactly why he is a great performer and a beloved person. The country superstar noted that he was very tired of dealing with nasty ticket scalpers and "disinterested spectators not really into the music and looking around to see who's seeing them being there at the show."

After consulting with other members who tour around the world, such as Springsteen himself, the country music singer came up with a strategy. Instead, he decided to give away the Primetime tickets to fans who had already purchased deck seats. Before the show begins, Brooks and his crew head up the highest sections farthest away from him. The country singer stated that he believes that fans would be very excited to be down in the front and then would appreciate the concert more than those who had purchased scalped seats. Basically, the lowest-priced tickets are now the golden concert tickets, meaning they have the best seats in the house. I told you, he's pretty great.

The "Friends in Low Places" star is currently on the road for a nationwide stadium tour. After playing his first show at Las Vegas' Allegiant Stadium where he sent out a note to artists about wanting to start up their live shows again. He noted,  "To every musician out there, all I can say is get back in the game because it's the greatest feeling in the world. I really hope that that message gets across, that if you're going to do it, do it responsibly until we can get back to being real musicians and not having to be responsible."
