Bailey Zimmerman Cancels Show Due to Stage Conditions That Were ”Super Super Unsafe”

After experiencing unsafe stage conditions, Bailey Zimmerman canceled the last show of his New To Country Tour. Here's what he had to say.

Bailey Zimmerman's been on fire lately. From wrapping up his New To Country Tour, to sharing the VMA stage with the Kid Laroi. However, while finishing up his New To Country Tour, Zimmerman had a bit of a rocky landing. The final show, which was set to be at Rio Vista Outdoor Amphitheater in Laughlin, Nevada, was canceled last minute. Zimmerman took to social media to explain what had happened.

Unfortunately, while his crew was setting up, they found some things regarding the stage that seemed "super super unsafe."

Zimmerman shared, "...when my band and crew started putting all their gear on the stage, they started noticing how unsafe it was. Like, the stage was built by two-by-fours, and a gust of wind would have knocked everything over."

He explained to fans that he wouldn't just cancel a show last-minute without trying to find another option. But, after looking for a replacement venue with no success, he had to do what he had to do. After having "exhausted every option," he ultimately had to resort to cancelling the show.

However, Zimmerman promised Nevada fans that he would make it up to them somehow. "I'm so sorry to everybody that drove in a long ways, flew in, was hanging there all weekend ready to have the night of their lives." He said, "I'm gonna make it up to y'all, just give me a little bit of time...I'm not done yet."

Fans Can See Bailey On His Different Night Same Rodeo Tour

If fans are looking for another opportunity to see Zimmerman live, luckily, they won't have to look too far. At the VMAs recently, the country star shared that he's going to be embarking on a new journey after his New To Country Tour wraps.

On September 8th, Zimmerman announced his Different Night Same Rodeo Tour, which is set to feature him playing in arenas all across the US. He shared that this would be his first time playing arenas. He discussed his excitement for his upcoming shows, saying, "I'm so stoked because I've never gotten to do that on my own, so I'm really, really excited."

The tour will also feature openers Hudson Westbrook and Blake Whiten, and will include appearances in various states.
