A beautician named Vivian Alexandra Gomez has been found guilty of felony involuntary manslaughter after one of her clients, an OnlyFans model who was also a Kim Kardashian lookalike, died. Christina Ashlen Gourkani, 34, underwent an illegal cosmetic procedure administered by this beautician three years ago. In fact, it was done in a California hotel room. The procedure was a gluteal silicone injection, also commonly known as a butt lift. It's intended to accentuate the posterior to make it considerably more pronounced and shapely.

The Daily Mail noted that Gomez was also convicted of "inflicting great bodily injury" and "practicing medicine without a license." The outlet referred to her as a "rogue cosmetologist."
Gourkani Started Having Medical Issues Allegedly Stemming From the Procedure
Vivian Alexandra Gomez, 53, was "not licensed to medical procedures," per the New York Post. She allegedly gave Gourkani "several injections" that reportedly led to the model having serious problems. She experienced cardiac arrest and passed away at Mills Peninsula Hospital. The causes of Gourkani's death were reportedly a pulmonary embolism plus respiratory failure.
Police arrested Vivian Alexandra Gomez shortly after in Florida at an airport in Fort Lauderdale. She was brought back to California for her trial. She will be sentenced on May 5. Gomez could possibly find herself behind bars for as long as seven years.

Per People, it read in part, "In the early morning hours at approximately 4:31am on 4/20/2023 our family received a tragic phone call from a family member who was frantically screaming and crying hysterically on the other end of the line....Ashten is dying...Ashten is dying. A phone call that instantly shattered our world and will forever haunt our family for the rest of our lives."
Furthermore, the GoFundMe described Gourkani as "a caring and loving free spirit that always took the time to bring a smile to anyone's face she crossed paths with. She was the kind of person that would kneel down and talk to children at eye level, she searched for the lonely person in the corner and made them feel special as she has such a gift of connecting with people."
