This recipe is a lot easier to put together than it may seem, and each ring will be quite filling despite its size. "fedbysab" on TikTok has put together not just this snack idea, but many others while counting down to Super Bowl Sunday. I picked this one just because of how unique the presentation was, and it looked too delicious not to add.

  • Quesadilla Ring
    • 12 flour tortillas (medium size)
    • 1/4 cup cheddar cheese
    • 1/4 cup mozzarella cheese
  • Buffalo Chicken Filling
    • 4 cups cooked chicken (shredded)
    • 8 ounces cream cheese (room temperature)
    • 1/4 cup ranch dressing
    • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
    • 2 green onions (thinly sliced)
    • 1/4 cup buffalo sauce
    • 1/4 cup cheddar cheese (shredded)
    • 1/4 cup mozzarella cheese (shredded)
  • Garnish
    • 1/2 cup green onion (thinly sliced)

Method

Start by preheating your oven to 375°F. Then line a baking sheet with parchment paper or greased foil. if you don't have a baking sheet, a pizza tray works as well.

With that prep work out of the way, stir together in a large bowl all of the ingredients listed for the buffalo chicken filling. Mix it all together until it's evenly combined. Now you'll want to take out your tortillas and cut them in half.

Distribute the buffalo chicken filling evenly on the sliced tortillas, but make sure to leave a small empty border around the edges. Once you've used up all the filling and spread them out on your tortillas, roll them all into cone shapes.

Even with the spaces left by the filling, make sure you don't press them too tightly together. We don't want the filling to drip out of the cones. Now, to make them into a ring, place a small bowl on your baking sheet. Then place half of the cones in a ring around the bowl, close enough that the points of the cone touch the bowl.

This is just the bottom layer, so sprinkle some of your shredded cheese overtop the cones and place the final layer of cones on top of that. Top it off with another layer of the remaining shredded cheese, and remove the bowl from the baking sheet.

Now you can either spray the tortilla edges with cooking spray or just brush the edges with oil. This will make the edges nice and crispy. Now bake the quesadilla ring for about 15-20 minutes. At least until the cheese melts and the tortilla edges get crispy.

Once they're done, you can add the sliced green onions as garnish. The TikTok user recommends you place a dipping sauce in the middle of the ring, like ranch or blue cheese dressing.

Sweet And Spicy Bacon Crackers

Hands fown my favorite! Written recipe on my website, link in ?beacons? in my bio! #baconcrackers #appetizer #easyrecipe #appetizersideas #superbowlsunday #superbowl #fingerfood #kosmosq @Kosmos Q BBQ

? original sound - Matt Ramsey

You may not have thought that combining bacon and crackers was a good idea, but this TikToker discovered this perfect pairing. Matt Ramsey, "cookerofdeliciousness," shared this recipe for a simple yet effective appetizer for a Super Bowl party. He has a ton of other scrumptious-looking recipes on his website, which is where he listed this one.

  • 1 lb bacon (not thick cut)
  • Club crackers
  • BBQ rub
  • Brown sugar
  • Red pepper flakes

Method

Start by preheating your oven to 350°F. Grab a baking sheet with a wire rack and line it with the Club Crackers. You can substitute them with other crackers and it may turn out fine, but this was the brand Ramsey listed.

Then cut your 1 lb of bacon into 4 even sections (small enough to fit on each cracker) and place one slice on each cracker. After that, sprinkle some brown sugar over each piece alongside whatever your favorite BBQ rub is. He recommended either KosmosQ Hot or Dirty Bird as some of his favored choices.

Finally, you can sprinkle on some red pepper flakes to make each cracker a little spicy. Throw the baking sheet in your preheated oven for roughly 25-30 minutes. Make sure the bacon is cooked through.

Once they're done, the crackers may be a bit sticky, so use a spatula to take them off the tray. That's all it takes, and now you can enjoy these sweet and spicy crackers!

Loaded Potato Bites

Another simple appetizer you can make this Sunday is these Loaded Potato Bites. "cookinwithmegg" on TikTok shared this yummy treat as a perfect snack for game day.

  • 4 russet potatoes
  • Olive oil
  • Tony's Creole Seasoning
  • Garlic powder
  • Onion powder
  • Oregano
  • Paprika
  • Salt & pepper
  • 10 strips of bacon
  • Cheddar & mozzarella cheese (shredded)
  • Chives
  • Sour cream

Method

You'll want to start this recipe by thoroughly washing your potatoes. After scrubbing all the dirt off them, chop them up into roughly one-inch circular slices. Throw the sliced potatoes into a large bowl, and start throwing in all the seasoning. Right around now you'll want to preheat your oven to 350°F.

Megg explained that you can do whatever seasonings you'd like, but she recommended Tony's, garlic and onion powder, oregano, paprika, as well as salt and pepper. Once you're done, put a cover over the bowl and start shaking it to evenly distribute the spices.

If you don't have a lid, just stir the potatoes with your hand or with a spatula. Once that's done, place the potatoes on a baking sheet in a row and throw them in the preheated oven for 45 minutes.

Next, you place ten strips of bacon on a baking sheet. Megg used hickory smoked uncured bacon for this recipe. You'll have to wait until your potatoes are done cooking unless you have another way of cooking your bacon. Otherwise, throw them in the oven at 400°F for around 15-20 minutes, at least until it's at your desired level of crispiness.

Once they're done cooking, take them out and chop up the bacon into fine pieces. At this point, you can garnish your cooked potatoes with cheddar and mozzarella shredded cheese. Pop that back in the oven for around five minutes just to melt the cheese, and then top them off with the bacon bits and chives.

Megg recommends you use sour cream as your dip, but you can also use ranch or any other substitute.

Cheesy Stuffed Garlic Bread Pull-Apart Rolls

@munchinwithmaddie_

Any garlic bread lover will adore these cheesy garlic bread pull-apart rolls. Made by Maddie at "munchinwithmaddie_" on TikTok, this one takes a bit more effort because of how hands-on it is, but it's simpler than it looks. And once you're done, it looks like an actual football!

  • Pull-Apart Rolls
    • Pizza dough
    • Mozzarella string cheese sticks
    • Milk or 1 egg
    • Flaky sea salt (optional)
  • Garlic Herb Butter
    • Unsalted butter (melted then cooled)
    • Parmesan cheese
    • 2 garlic cloves (minced)
    • Basil
    • Parsley
    • Salt & pepper

Method

First, preheat your oven to 400°F. As that's preheating, grab a baking sheet and line it with parchment paper. Now you can grab your cheese sticks and cut them into one-inch pieces. Maddie explained that each cheese stick should get you four pieces, and all of them should be 32 pieces in total.

Next, use a bench scraper (or just a knife) to cut your pizza dough into 32 pieces. Maddie also recommended that you divide the weight of your dough by 32 to find how much each dough ball should weigh if you want to be precise.

Now it's time to stuff each pizza dough roll with cheese. With your fingers, press each pizza dough piece into a small rectangle. Then you can add a cheese piece in the middle, wrapping the pizza dough around it.

Make sure to punch the dough closed so no cheese leaks out, and roll it into a ball. Maddie demonstrates in the video how you should arrange the balls since they should look like a football shape. Use the image above as a reference, then brush the top of the dough balls with milk or a whisked egg.

This part is optional, but you can sprinkle on some flaky sea salt. Put the sheet in the oven and bake it for roughly 18 minutes, then change it to a broil for two to three minutes. You'll want to do this until the top of the rolls are golden and crispy.

Now you can take the rolls out to cool and prepare the rest of the meal. Add melted butter, parmesan, garlic, parsley, basil, and salt and pepper into a medium bowl. Stir them until they're combined, then use a brush to cover the rolls with it.

To make the football laces, cut a slice of cheese into seven thin rectangles. Then arrange them on top of the rolls to make them look like football laces. Maddie recommends you serve this with warm marinara sauce as a dip.

Puff Pastry Pizza Pockets

Our final snack recipe on this list is by K'Lynn at "flourish.kitchen" on TikTok. This may be one of the easiest recipes on the list and will take you barely any time to throw together. Homemade pizza pockets are something everyone can enjoy, and you can get creative with what you add on the inside of them.

  • Puff pastry
  • Pepperonis
  • Pizza sauce
  • Italian cheese
  • 1 egg
  • Italian seasoning

Method

Start by preheating your oven according to the temperature on your puff pastry package. K'Lynn mentioned that she uses the puff pastry by Jus Rol, but any should work. Roll out the pastry onto a flat surface and cut it up into six even rectangles.

Now you can get creative with what ingredients to add to the pizza pocket. K'Lynn's recipe includes pizza sauce, deli pepperoni, and Italian cheese, but you can add anything that sounds yummy. Make sure to add your ingredients near the bottom of the vertical rectangle pieces, as you'll need the empty space up top to fold it closed.

"flourish.kitchen" on TikTok

Also, make sure to leave spaces around the edges so it doesn't spill out. Now, fold the top over the fillings and use your fingers and a fork to close up the edges of the pocket. Do this for each pocket, and you can then start making the egg wash.

Crack one egg and throw in Italian seasoning (or whatever seasoning you'd like), then whisk it together to create an egg wash. Brush this over your pizza pockets, then place them in the oven for however long the puff pastry package says.
