The state of Idaho has always been known for potatoes. French fries, tater tots, curly fries, potato pancakes, you name it. For a while, the Idaho Potato Commission toured around a giant potato country-wide to promote the spuds. Now, the giant potato has been totally transformed into an Airbnb rental, complete with everything you need to enjoy a potato vacation.

Back in 2012, the Idaho Potato Commission created the Big Idaho Potato Truck to celebrate the 75th-anniversary of the commission. The giant potato was only scheduled to tour for a year, however, the tater became so popular it toured for six years before it was decommissioned and a newer potato was built.
