This is the sort of representation we've been sorely lacking in the industry. Bigg Vinny, who appeared on NBC's "The Biggest Loser," is coming out unabashed and proud with his latest single "Walmart Drip."

Bigg Vinny is a proud family man, and doesn't need designer or expensive brands just because the industry says so. "Walmart Drip" is for the modern Americans, and Wide Open Country are very proud to exclusively premiere the track.
In a statement shared with WOC, Bigg Vinny explained the inspiration behind the single, "This song came from a day of shopping at Walmart with my wife and kids. She said she just needed to get one thing which meant $500..."
"When I was in there I saw a glorious swim suit set with a beach view and palm trees printed on it. I immediately put it on when we got home, I looked at my wife and said 'dang girl look at all this DRIP!' She told me to go inside and write the song right then!"
You can listen to "Walmart Drip" below. It'll be available on streaming platforms tomorrow. Stay tuned for the hilarious music video, too.
"Walmart Drip" Brings Real Representation To The Table
"Walmart Drip" is a hilarious song that captures the real shopping experience of many Americans in a fun and goofy way. The song is infused with the pride and joy of Bigg Vinny himself, and the vibe is infectious.
I asked Bigg Vinny what the writing process was like, and it's clear he had a great time. "The writing process was so fun! I don't think I've ever laughed so much while writing any other song! It also pushed me to step out of my comfort zone and try out some new phrasing and styles!"
If you dig the song, you can catch Bigg Vinny at CMA Fest this year, something he's "so pumped up" for. He's not just hitting CMA Fest, however. The singer has a pretty busy schedule for the rest of this year.
"A. I have quite a few shows and appearances coming up this year, so I'm staying on the road a bit! I have more songs to put out this year and am in the process of starting my own developmental company so I can use the experience I've gained over the last 20 years to help young artists and be a part of the next generation of musicians."
"Walmart Drip" is simply a fun song that is hard to get through without smiling.
