Billy Joel Is Partnering With Two Iconic Singers For Several Concerts

Music legend Billy Joel, a/k/a The Piano Man, 75, is planning to do several concerts with two superstars of rock. They are Rod Stewart, 80, and Sting, 73. Joel alone would be exiting, but singing with these iconic music idols will be scintillating. Per American Songwriter, "The first show, which also will feature Sting, takes place September 5 at Nationals Park in Washington, D.C. The second event will see Joel team up with Rod Stewart on September 20 at Paycor Stadium in Cincinnati."

A Cincinnati Bengals Executive Issued A Statement Warmly Welcoming Billy Joel And Rod Stewart To Paycor Stadium

In a January 23, 2025 statement, this executive explained, "We are thrilled to welcome legendary musicians Billy Joel and Rod Stewart to Paycor Stadium this September," said Elizabeth Blackburn, Director of Strategy & Engagement, Cincinnati Bengals. "This concert promises to be an unforgettable night of iconic hits and incredible performances, showcasing Paycor Stadium as a premier destination for world-class entertainment. There Are More Concerts To Come With Joel, Sting, And Stewart

Per the outlet, two co-headlining shows with Stewart are planned. So are five more "joint" concerts coming up in 2025 teaming Billy Joel with Sting, "The other shows with the ex-Police frontman will be held on February 8 in Indianapolis; April 11 in Syracuse, New York; April 26 in Milwaukee; May 10 in Charlotte, North Carolina; and May 23 in Salt Lake City. The concerts with Stewart are scheduled for July 5 in Pittsburgh and July 18 in New York City."

All Three Rock 'n' Roll Hall Of Famers Have Packed Tour Schedules

Billy Joel will be sharing the stage with Stevie Nicks. They will be in Detroit on March 29 and in East Rutherford, New Jersey on August 8. Stewart and Sting are going to be busy hitting the road as well. The outlet reports that "Sting and Stewart both have more than 50 other performances scheduled for 2025."
