So much for the family solidarity Billy Ray Cyrus was talking about. Back on Mother's Day, he made a lengthy post, dedicated to the women in his life. During the section where he applauds Miley, Cyrus expresses how he believes his family is close to a true sense of togetherness. "I'm so proud of Miley and her guts and her courage," Billy Ray writes at the time. "Her wisdom and her strength to bring it when our family needed it most. We are so close to a full healing. We all have been through a lot."

However, apparently, this isn't completely true for Trace Cyrus. All that talk of healing from Billy Ray rubs the oldest son the wrong way. Trace doesn't exactly buy this new outlook on life from the "Achy Breaky Heart" crooner. Moreover, he also claims that, while his old man was attending fashion shows, he neglected someone very important to the Cyrus family.
Trace Cyrus Trashes His Dad Billy Ray for Missing Grandma's Funeral
Recently, Trace took to Instagram to talk down on his father again. As captured by Page Six, he tells his followers that the Cyrus patriarch was too busy indulging in the luxuries of fame to be there for the family. "This man is so hungry for fame it's pathetic," he writes of Billy Ray. "He really flew to Italy for a fashion show but wouldn't come to LA for Mammie's funeral while he was still married to my mom."
He adds that, allegedly, he had a free private jet to make the trip and everything. But Trace says his old man Billy Ray had other priorities instead. Consequently, he feels tremendous disappointment and can't believe he ever looked up to his dad. "You're the lamest man ever to walk planet earth," Trace continues, lambasting Billy Ray. "Honestly embarrassed to have ever considered you my idol. The best thing to come from your downfall is it made me go into beast mode. I refuse to be a washed up, delusional, evil person when I'm old like you."
