"My head and neck wouldn't move for four hours this morning," Glanville posted on X. "I couldn't get out of bed. I called 911, had a lovely trip in the ambulance, and now I'm at this amazing place after sitting in a wheelchair in the waiting room for four hours."
She added a sarcastic note about expecting "another fun ambulance bill" alongside hospital photos.
Glanville appeared to recover quickly. She left the hospital the next day and announced a live fan chat for April 24, signaling improved spirits.
Ongoing Health Mystery
Glanville has battled facial paralysis and disfigurement for nearly two years, with no formal diagnosis. Last year, she told Entertainment Tonight she suspected a facial parasite contracted in Morocco while filming Real Housewives Ultimate Girls Trip. She continues to search for answers, documenting her struggle with what she believes is a parasitic infection.
In an April interview with Us Weekly, Glanville described worsening symptoms. "It's moving down my body, into my neck, left shoulder, and arm," she said. Her daily routine includes stretching and hot tub sessions to manage pain. "I'm missing out on life," she admitted. "I feel like I'm reliving the COVID-19 lockdown with miserable side effects."
The reality star has spent over $113,000 on treatments, draining her finances. "I'm out of funds," she told Us Weekly. "I'm online every day, chasing new leads. It's exhausting. I just want a doctor to make it their mission to help me."
Glanville, mother to sons Mason, 21, and Jake, 18, with ex-husband Eddie Cibrian, leans on her family for support. Her sons express frustration over her unresolved condition. "They're like, 'This is ridiculous.' No one's figured this out yet," she said. "They're going through it too because I'm not my best self."
She praised her sons as the "best boys on the planet. ... They hug me and ask, 'How's your neck?'" Glanville shared.
