Bunnie XO Says Her IVF Doctor "Flipped Out" On Her After Lack Of Communication

Jelly Roll and Bunnie XO have recently started opening up about their IVF journey. Unfortunately, however, it hasn't always been smooth sailing.

As they are with everything, the couple has been very open with their IVF efforts. Although Bunnie is hesitant to go over every detail of the process, she's expressed that she's happy they decided to open up about it.

On her latest episode of the Dumb Blonde podcast, however, she told the story of the awful doctor who flipped out on her after some bad news. She clipped the moment for her TikTok audience. The clip is long and goes over lots more details about her journey, so I'd watch it in full if you're interested.

"I was working with a clinic in New York, a very prestigious clinic, a well-known doctor," she said. "They were nice at first."

"We ran into a couple of problems that I didn't expect. He didn't really communicate with me the way that I was hoping did," she explained. Although she appreciates that he doesn't really care about her individually, it's nice to have your doctor at least pretend they care.

Of course, most do care, but proper bedside manner is crucial no matter how much you do or don't.

"He never made a phone call to me, he just gave me these test results over the phone and was pretty much like, 'Yep, there's nothing I can do for you, but I'll send you to another doctor to take care of it,'" she recalled.

She explained that she was disappointed with how he handled the situation, considering she reached out to him about the issue "three weeks ago." She also said that she felt like he "dropped the ball," as his lack of communication had set her back.

"This f--king doctor flipped out on me. 'Dropped the ball? Dropped the ball??!!' Like question mark, question mark, exclamation, exclamation. Just like screaming at me over text message," she said. This is an appalling thing to send to a patient in her position.

"Literally lost his ever-loving mind on me, and I was just like, 'Okay.' That's all I said back, like I am not going to argue with this man."

In retrospect, she's glad she never went through with that doctor. I hope no one else has to suffer with a doctor with such a staggeringly short temper. Granted, we don't know what the situation was or how he dropped the ball. But I can't imagine an excuse for that sort of language.
