Carly Pearce recently went public with her relationship with CEO and entrepreneur Jordan Karcher. Pearce, who was briefly married to Michael Ray before they split in 2020, also dated former professional baseball player Riley King for two years.

The Kentucky native says she is truly in love, after finding Karcher in the most modern way possible: the dating app, Raya.
"I just didn't think you could meet a real person on Raya," Pearce says on the Dumb Blonde podcast (via Taste of Country). "Like, how am I gonna meet somebody that's aligned with me?"
Fortunately, Pearce and Karcher both found love, and have been dating for about six months. Pearce rightfully predicted some backlash when she went public with their romance. She just no longer cares.
"Everybody thinks I'm dating too many people and there's something wrong with me because my relationship didn't work," Pearce admits.
Pearce's decision to share her romance became a bit of a rebellion, as she determines to live life on her terms.
"I hard-launched it because I just don't care anymore," she says. "Like, I'm sorry I've had a few relationships since my marriage. Isn't that the point? It's not like I've married six people."
Carly Pearce Opens Up About The Perils Of Dating
Pearce might be her own worst critic when it comes to dating. She acknowledges that she too fell prey, at least at first, to the idea that she would be single forever.
"You know, again — the stigmas people put on women," she says. "Like, 'I'm 35, I'm never gonna meet somebody.'"
Pearce says she is happier than ever with Karcher, and excited to see where their relationship goes.
Elsewhere in the interview, Pearce opens up about her thoughts on Ray, and how she feels about him five years after their divorce.
"I am in the happiest season of my life," she says. "If he ever watches this, thank you. Because you taught me more about myself, you taught me how strong I am, put me through things that have made me better now. I don't wish him evil. I'm so glad that I'm not in that anymore. I think that I was really shown just how much I care about me."
