As if Cody Jinks fans couldn't be more spoiled, it's been announced that his next album is "basically done."
Cody Jinks has not taken his foot off the gas after a busy 2024. With a new album full of original songs, a remaster of an old album, and a tribute album to Lefty Frizzell, the country singer has been busy indeed. And he's not done by any means.
Only some days ago did he release "Brother" with Mark Morton, and he's already teasing his next studio album.
The singer
"Just wanted to let you guys know that on this Monday, February 10th, almost all of the music is in the can for what will be our upcoming record, to be released later this year," he announced.
"We're basically done recording this record. So we begin the mixing and mastering process, the artwork, all the things that take months and months to do. We wanted to let you know."
Although it'll be some time before we receive this album, at least we know it's in its final stages. That's more transparency than can be said for many others.
He finishes the announcement by patting himself on the back, "It's going to be badass. I'm just gonna say it, I'm just gonna say it right there. It's badass. Over and out."
