However, many country music fans believe that her music doesn't count as country. There are many Puritans out there. This is why, perhaps, she took no awards home at the CMAs. But, now the Grammys have rolled around, Beyoncé has taken home the 'Best Country Album' award.

On the whole, the consensus for the Grammy win was that the award show has been a scam for a long time. There have been many controversies throughout the years, and this is just another.
