Dasha Really Wants A Nashville Bar One Day And The Internet Is Having A Field Day

Half the bars in Nashville seem to be owned by Country music stars these days, squeezing out the good old dives for gimmicky cash grabs instead. Now, Dasha wants to get on board with her own Broadway bar, and people are finding it hilarious.

Dasha, the Country Pop musician, spoke about how she wants to get a slice of the celebrity bar pie. Speaking to Harry Jowsey on his Boyfriend Material podcast, she shared her homes and dreams. "I kind of want to open my bar, like there are no more line dancing bars. The last one, White Horse, just closed a couple of years ago. Isn't that crazy? Well, there's one kind of... like twenty minutes outside of Nashville, but not on Broadway. But I need to open one on Broadway," she told him.

However, before she dives right into Broadway, Nashville, she wants to take a shot at Europe first. "But first, I have like way more of a following in Europe, and like New Zealand and Australia. Shout out to the people. So I want to open one in like, Germany or Sweden first and then open one in Nashville."

Dasha has made a few mistakes speaking about her dreams for a bar here, and the internet didn't let it slide.

Dasha Might Want To Do A Little Bar Research

As a European, I can guarantee one thing. Opening a celebrity-endorsed bar of any kind would go down like a ton of bricks. In a place as old as Europe, the most famous bars have been frequented since before Columbus slid onto the shores of the 'New World.' We like our established, well-worn, proven bars, not a gimmicky celebrity-endorsed country music one. Slapping a singer's face on the brand would be more likely keep people away than entice them in.

And, as the comment section pointed out, Dasha had not done her research on the current big players in the Nashville bar scene. "Bruh, I hate to be that girl, but it's Wildhorse Saloon, not white horse, and I'm pretty sure The Legion still does line dancing," one user corrected.

And she wasn't alone. Her glaring mistakes were not allowed to slide. People are passionate about their country music drinking holes. Show their names some respect.
