David Hasselhoff’s Ex-Wife Pamela Bach’s Cause Of Death Revealed

On March 5, Pamela Bach, David Hasselhoff's ex-wife, was found unresponsive by her daughter, Hayley, at her home. Reports at the time stated that Bach had died by suicide at the age of 62. Three weeks later, her death certificate confirmed the tragic details of her death.

According to a Tuesday, March 25 Los Angeles County death certificate obtained by TMZ, Pamela Bach died by a self-inflicted gunshot wound to the head, using a revolver. The site reported this information before, but it has now been officially confirmed by authorities. Her body has since been cremated.

Reportedly, Bach's family became worried after not hearing from her in a while. Eventually, they all decided to check on her. Among them was her daughter, Hayley. Neighbors Hiromi Osiecky told the Daily Mail that Hayley was "hysterical, yelling, screaming, crying on the street" after reportedly discovering her mother's body.

Paramedics arrived around 9 p.m. and pronounced her dead.

Hasselhoff Family Mourns

Following the tragic death of Pamela Bach, both her daughters, Hayley and Taylor, released heartfelt statements on Instagram.

"Mom, last night was one of the hardest," Hayley wrote. "I don't know if it's because it's been a week since your passing or the synchronization of the rain tonight, just like the night of. I pray that one day I can find comfort in the sound of rain again, as it'll symbolize your spirit going to heaven, but for now, all I hear is my heart aching for you."

"This yearning is unlike anything I've ever known, but I need you to know that I will love you in every form. I'm choosing to be strong for you to make you proud."

Taylor called Pamela Bach her "forever angel," "best friend, her "whole heart, and her "everything."

"I promise to make you proud & celebrate you every day," Taylor wrote. "London will know all about how incredible you are, and I promise I will protect Hayley forever."

David Hasselhoff also addressed his ex-wife's death on Instagram. The couple met on the set of Knight Rider in 1985 and married four years later. They divorced in 2006, citing irreconcilable differences.

"Our family is deeply saddened by the recent passing of Pamela Hasselhoff," he wrote. "We are grateful for the outpouring of love and support during this difficult time but we kindly request privacy as we grieve and navigate through this challenging time."
