This Photo of Pop-Tarts Dipped in Ranch Dressing is Insulting Oklahomans

Being an adult means you can eat whatever you well please, and to hell with what anyone says about it. Until now. We've read all sorts of odd food combinations from eating cereal with orange juice to pickle sandwiches with peanut butter and Sriracha. Most of the time, we let these odd little food habits slide, especially when we're talking about pregnancy cravings. However, if you are from Oklahoma, we have a serious question: Do you really dip your Pop-Tarts in Ranch dressing?

Twitter user Christy Taylor posted a photo of Pop-Tarts being dipped in Ranch that just about broke the internet. It looks that's a Strawberry Frosted Pop-Tart, too.

So the real question is, would you try it? As far as we can tell, this is absolutely not a joke. Many Oklahomans are turning her over to Texas, while Texans are sending her up to Kansas. Kansans are sending her down to Alabama and Mississippi. No matter where Ms. Taylor ends up, would they dip Pop-Tarts in Ranch dressing there?

Here are some of the real responses, starting with Pop-Tart's official Twitter account.

So now that Pop-Tarts turned down this little hack, here's what everyone else has to say. The state rivalries are intense, y'all!

nope in the name of texas we're sending you to Kansas

Give her to Mississippi and end all of this

— Jason Williams (@jason331978)

I ain't from Ok, but I wouldn't put it past those dudes to be all about it. Save a horse, eat a pop-tart is how that song goes right @earnestp ?

If you're from Oklahoma, you'd be using @Mazzios ranch. This must be a longhorn

— Brian (@OchoMcOcho)

No, Longhorns have class. We don't dip pop tarts in anything.

— Bob Loblaw (@guiltybyproxy)

— ummmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm no (@RaneemGrira)

My stomach hurts just looking at this.

— Asocial Optimist (@SarcasticPoet31)

I'm not originally from Oklahoma so I can't confirm. However, in Tennessee we don't do this shit. ?

— Kristin (@ummmno21)

If you also live in Oklahoma and I see you do this you deserve the hardest vomiting session anyone has ever had.

Don't make our state look any worse than it needs to

— Haden Farrell (@HadenFarrell)

I'm from ok, sooner born and sooner bred, and that disrespects 2 of my favorite food groups.

So what do you think? Will you be trying this out anytime soon?
