Duck Dynasty star Bella Robertson Mayo has opened up about her struggles with infertility, which she's been navigating with her partner, Jacob Mayo, for three-and-a-half years.

The daughters of Korie and WillieRobertson got together on Sadie's podcast, Whoa That's Good, to talk about Bella's years-long infertility battle.
If you've ever wondered why Bella and Jacob haven't had kids yet, then you might want to sit down. The couple prepared to have children about a year after they got married in 2021. Bella stopped using birth control six months before their first year of marriage, to offset any side effects during that latter 6 month period.
But when the time came to get pregnant, they couldn't. Months turned into a year of trying, and they soon became confused and frustrated. "That first year was like the most hard," she explained. "It was so confusing. It's something you think your whole life happens one way, and then it doesn't. That was very shocking for me."
"We've tried fertility treatments, we've had exploratory surgery, we've done a lot of things hopefully try to find answers. But we haven't found them yet," she continued. Unfortunately, they still haven't figured out what's going on, but they've done "everything under the sun" to try and remedy whatever issue they're facing.
Despite all the "crazy teas" and trying to eat healthily, nothing has come of it. But in this dark time, they've grown closer to each other and God.
Their Faith Has Grown As A Result Of Their Infertility Challenges
"In not finding any answers, we've found a lot of faith, and a lot of strength in Christ," she said.
They have also grown close during this trying time, "We are in this together."
"Jacob has a very beautiful way of going through life, laughing at hard things, and most people don't see this, but he can be very serious and also very comforting," she shared. "We just laugh through drinking teas and all these things."
"This is both of us, this is us together, this is our shared story."
Infertility challenges can break some relationships, but Bella and Jacob have only grown closer together.
