If you asked me to name a Taylor Swift song, I would genuinely struggle to bring one to mind, but that's because I enjoy listening to music that has a little more life to it than the stuff they pipe over pharmacy tannoys. It appears Eagles tight end Dallas Goedert agrees

In an interview leading up to the Super Bowl, Goedert took a cheeky jab at Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce. Of course, it was all in good humor, but it gave us all a chuckle. It's never too early for the mind games to begin.
When asked about which Taylor Swift song was his favorite, he is quoted as saying "Does she sing 'Don't Go Chasing Waterfalls?'" Of course, even I know that isn't one of hers. It's one of the bangers released by TLC, a band with some great tunes.
He went on to soften the blow against Taylor Swift and Kelce by saying "She's an incredible artist but she ain't on my playlist. I'm more of the Philly guys, Meek Mill, obviously been listening to a lot of Kendrick Lamar."
Pre-Game Banter Is Part Of The Super Bowl Mind Games
Of course, the jab the Eagles' tight end made at Taylor Swift was only a way to rile up Kelce. The two of them will be playing the same position on either side of the field. It's his duty to try to get under his skin. You can't play when you're angry.
But, I don't think this will be anything that gets to Kelce. He knows Taylor is comfortable with her success. Her $1.6 billion net worth is enough to confirm that there are plenty of people who do enjoy listening to her music, somehow.
On the whole, apart from the dig at Swift, the rival tight end was all praise for Kelce. In the interview, he spoke about how he hopes to get inside the man's head ahead of the Super Bowl. "I think the biggest thing is spending time with him [Kelce], trying to pick his brain and his knowledge of the game," he said.
He acknowledges the raw talent of Kelce, who is considered to be one of the best tight ends in NFL history. We will see how things play out this coming Sunday at Super Bowl LIX.
